Black Friday Special

I was contacted by MTN with a Black Friday offer of 12 BG data and 500 min talk time on a 18 month contract, however I was only credited with 200 min. I informed MTN customer care of the problem a month ago, including numerous follow ups, but still no feedback or resolution. Very poor MTN
