Black Friday special Black out

So MTN advertised black friday deals for business and corporate clients, I saw it in the office and the very same day, 23 November I sent my application. I received an email to send my details, I did that few minutes later and waited.

I phoned MTN business and the phone gets cut off after waiting for minutes and when you finally get someone they tell you that someone else will phone you.

Fine few DAYS later I call and they said they'd send the forms to fill in and no one did, next day I phone and forms were sent. no acknowldement, nothing! I phone to confirm and they say yes they received and someone will phone me.

Wednesday, 05 December someone phones and they say I missed something on the application, I fix it and within minutes I return back (this was around 10:30 am)

No one phones me until I phoned this morning before 9am to confirm receipt of email with the documents and they say no, I confirm email address and send other emails until they received it and again, Lethabo will phone me.

It is 15:51 and no one has called me.

I am really disappointed in MTN business. one would think in this department the staff are always on their toes but no, they drag their feet to assist clients.
