Black Friday ****. What was activated was not what I was sold!

I was sold a product on the morning of Black Friday which was a R199 contract with 50GB a month. What was activated was just 20GB per month. There are call recordings to prove what I was sold yet no one seems to want to assist me. Also no one ever calls me back when I call to enquiry. The contract that I am referring to is ********** 581. If this is the attitude of your call centre you’ll shouldn’t be in business!!!!
