Black Friday ****-lies

So this happened to me I bought a Huawei P10 on black Friday special. Was told I get 10 g over 3 months which has already depleted. Which I went into mtn on 22/23 Dec to enquiry about it as it made no sense. The consultant I spoke to at Mtn Cape Gate said who helped you as you clearly didn't read properly or listen which makes me feel like they belittling me. Worst service ever. I got the Huawei P10 special on black Fri for 299 a month with 30g which was explained its 10g over 3 months. Then lady said would I like to add top up or what ever it's call with 2g data and 100 smses and call time so I said yes. And I still asked will it affect my 30g she said no. Now when I went there got this consultant that belittled me. Saying yea you loose your 10g a month if you top up. They will only give you the 30g once off. Thanks no one uses 30g in 30days it showed I barely used anything out of 30g. I was always warned against you guys Mtn. Biggest ****** and *****. I will warn everyone about this and stand out side on black Friday and post on your wall to warn others. I want what I was promised. Don't make excuses for your mistakes.... **********
