Black Friday Renewal Nightmare

I tried to renew my 4 contracts on Black Friday deals and was initially told I couldn’t get a specific deal then renewed all 4 contracts on other deals with another consultant a day later. I was then called by the initial consultant to say that I actually can get the original deal I wanted, she then sent a request to cancel my 4 renewals to take the offer she had for me and it’s now a week later and I haven’t had any feedback. Time is running out to cancel the initial renewals and time is also running out for the Black Friday deals. Please can someone help. The lady who is assisting me with the initial deals I wanted is Portia Majola from retentions. Right now I’m sitting with one contract with the incorrect contract period and incorrect minutes. One with incorrect bill and no all net minutes and one that hasn’t been upgraded according to the app and one which is correct for the contract but was supposed to be cancelled for the initial dial I wanted. So everything is an absolute mess!!!
