Black friday promises not fulfilled.
On 23 November, I upgraded my contract with MTN. They were running a black friday promotion whereby if you take Samsung Galaxy Note9 you get free 32 inch curved monitor and FREE 14GB Pass for 12 Months. I indeed got my curved monitor and got the first 14GB Pass on 27 November. On 27 December I didnt get the 14GB Pass and phoned their call centre to enquire. I was given 2 reference numbers. ********** 0 ********** ********** I have been making follow-up calls but nothing happens, I am told that the quiry has been sent to the billing department.
