The online Black Friday deals that I requested for online, i never got it, although I do have reference numbers. Called your call center and all they do is move your call to departments that cannot assist. Your service is pathetic and I cannot wait for my existing lines to an end so that I can move to a better network like Vodacom. Your call center is just as useless as your network. When I go to a store they also cannot assist, because these were strictly online deals only. Why have a deal if you cannot service a client in time with correct contact details?
