Black Friday LIES

I'm already an MTN business client. So I signed up for their Black Friday data deal. I duly got a call, within 2 hours, from an Agent and he sent me all the forms to complete. I did so the same day. After that NOTHING was ever delivered. So I eventually emailed the Agent again and a day or so later he sent this reply: "1. Your application has not met MTN’s acceptance criteria". Now remember, my business is already an MTN client, and has been ever since cell phones first came out - that's a long time. Yet MTN just kicked me in the face!

I went into an MTN store to query it and just got sent packing with the excuse, "We can't see those kind of deals on our system." (The sales person was one of those that looks bored and irritated when you approach them; can't look you in the eye as most of them do these days). Anyway, I emailed the Agent again and asked for a full explanation of the so called reason they gave me, but he hasn't rep****.

I seriously doubt that MTN ever had a real Black Friday deal. The whole thing was just a marketing stunt.
