Black Friday deals still not honoured by MTN
Still fighting MTN for what I signed up for during the black Friday promo.. After about 2 months of being given the run around by MTN service agents, Kgomotso Nchswe a Joburg call center supervisor. Helping me, actually following through and updating me that my query is being attended too. Also wonderful service from Minenhle and Kaolin Chetty for great service..
