To Whom it may Concern

I am Piet Opperman from Schweizer Reneke in the North west Province. Last year during the Black Friday Specials at MTN I upgraded my phone and that way I’ve saved R500 the origanil payment was R1200 That was in November last year and on the end of December they’ve deducted R1200 from my bank account the amount they should have been R700 and I’ve complained about it they did not correct it and did not pay the R500 back and since it still going on they take that R500 extra each month that goes by. Myself and the Lady that works here at MTN Schweizer Reneke has put in a lot of complaints and still they do nothing to resolve this problem and I am not willing to pay more than my contract payment says I’ve sighned a written contract on black Friday that clearly state a amout of R700 is payable each month. I am not satisfied with the way they works. They are not willing to help sort this out and pay back my money. I sincerely hope there is a solution for this problem.
