Black friday deal streaming only allowed dstv and showmax

Mtn your black friday deal is *****ery of epic proportions and on top of it when i want to cancel it i have to wait on the phone 25 minutes .. do you guys think we have no work or is this some sort of way to make us just give up so you can run your scheme as you please !! If you are short of staff employ more people we certainly need that in south africa ! How do you think its normal for your client to be waiting on line for 25 minutes !! I did an upgrade package on my contract with black friday deal but i see now streaming is only allowed on showmax and dstv which is no use to me and i would like to cancel that upgrade .
