Black Friday Deal still not DELIVERED

Ordered the 1TB with free router for R999 on 29/11/2020 and the contract application was submitted on 30/11/2020. The router was then going to be delivered on 10/12/2020 but the delivery guy got to my work place and then tried to call me on my router number (which is in the router) and not on my cell and then decided to leave without trying to contact me at reception (I did provide the company name) Thereafter I was contacted and told I was uncontactable and have gave them my contact details AGAIN. Thereafter I was transferred to work from home so I called DSV and MTN to give my home address for delivery and still I have not heard back from them or gotten my delivery. In the mean time, my upgrade is not finalized so MY BILL IS CHARGED AT PRO RATA RATES!!! Currently over R1500 more than usual which NEEDS to be corrected!!!
