Black Friday deal not honored

Took a Black Friday deal within the promotional period and to date I am not receiving the correct data and minutes. Have sent in signed contracts and asked for information but no feedback from them or correction of the same. It's now been 3 weeks of back and forth even with the MTN walk in centre having tried to log a ticket with Head Office to correct the mistake.
