Black Friday Deal ...not getting what was advertised!

This review is a last resort. I am at the end of my tether and patience. I subscribed to the 60GB/40GB (day/night) package offered over the Black Friday weekend in November for R499. From the start, the data credited monthly has been incorrect. Only 40GB/20GB has been credited eadch month (Dec,Jan,Feb,March,April) Every month, on the renewal date (14th) I check and note the incorrect allocation, report the error, get a refference number (of which I have so many at this stage, I'm not sure which one is the latest). I get a follow up mail several days later saying thje issue has been resolved, but nothing changes. There seems to be either total apathy with regard to sorting out issues, or a lack of knowledge with regard to the products and services advertised. Only hope I get some positive result from this review....not holding my breathe though.
