Black Friday Deal delivery sucks

I've ordered a Black Friday deal online (This is after I've actually gone to the shop and stood in line for about an hour, I was told that I could only do it online). This was done on Thursday 3 December 2020. Like any other online company I expected to be contacted within 24 hours. This is 10 Dec 2020 and even after 5 separate attempts to get to speak to any one about my order, I'm still none the wiser. Is there anybody at MTN who actually knows how to help a customer?
