Black Friday Contract still pending 2 weeks later! Why are you’ll still in business!!!!!!!

I app**** for a new contract on Black Friday morning. It was a number for life contract on the number ********** 694. It’s now 2 weeks later and the contract still hasn’t been approved with no feedback. Whenever I call I’m just told it’s with vetting. It’s been 2 weeks! That’s unacceptable. I understand there where high volumes during Black Friday but 2 weeks later no one can tell me if I still need to submit additional documents or if someone has even bothered to look at my application yet!!!! Seriously not impressed with MTN!!!!
