Black Friday combo still not cancelled. Pls action ASAP

I upgraded my contract in Feb-22 and requested to cancel the black Friday package from 2019 of R199 per month. The consultant at the store confirmed that this will be cancelled as of mid-Feb. And in March I called and I was informed this will be cancelled. I noticed that end-March it was debited again and I don't need this package anymore. Please kindly reverse this debit as I have cancelled the R199 pack and should only be paying for the new upgrade and insurance.
