Hi there i am a mtn custmer at mtn cascades mall i opend a account at mtn phone contract not last year the year after that when i was still working im not working anymore so cant afford anymore i pay every month to mtn r1000 rand witch i never sign up for the contract was i normally pay for the phone between r700 and r800 that was befo lock down startd that was my paying bill.....now ever sincs covid startd iv been payin r1000 ever month to mtn just during lock down last year there had to re inburst me cause i was paying alot witch im not suppose to o now im tryn to cancil my contract befo my next phone contract end a now in june the lady saying i must wait a hole 24 ..2years for it it to end still carry on this bad service realy from mtn i will never open contract with them again !!!!!and the staff at cascades are so rude thre not helpful there nees to jack there staff up its bad i need to cancil my contract befo my next one comes i oh and i have been phoning that other number for mtn there domt help idea i just need to cancil my contract !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
