Good day, Seems my account has been rectified for the current months BIS charged as per reference REQ:***, thanks for that. I have been charged for BIS quite a few months, will this also be debited as I did not get any benefit for this. I could not be be expected to pay for a system error. Regards Tommie

Your account was credited on 2016-03-01 with R2123.82 incl. vat for the BIS Fee changed on the invoices dated 2013-03-20 to 2016-02-20.
