BIS Doesn't work and no refund of my money

<p>I have loaded R60 worth of airtime and loaded BIS, however i did nt know it is not compatible with my phone, I have called in for a refund because i cannot use it and the consultant says that I cannot get a refund, i have lost R60 and have BIS that i cannot do anything with. If it is not compatible with my phone why allow it to go through in the first place, there was no warning or anything it just went through. and also my airtime is always disappearing i can load R10 airtime and only be on the call for 5 minutes and it gives me the message stating that my airtime is depleted and I must reload.</p> <p>I would really like a refund of my money as I cannot use it on my phone.</p> <p> </p>
