BIS Billing

I have been trying to be reimbursed for being billed for BIS services for 2 years. I have contacted MTN on a number of occasions and been issued a number of REF no#. I have followed up from February to March. I was made aware that the BIS service is 59.00 ZAR for 2 years and should be reimbursed 1416.00 ZAR .On my last contact to MTN, I was advised that I will only be receiving 746.18 ZAR. My current REQ: ***. <br> <br> I have spend a number of hours calling and not getting the level service that i expected. this is frustrating and annoying to feel that we are going backwards with the current level of support and service.
