BIS being charged ********ly...for a sumsung.

my invoice charges BIS yet i have a Samsung that does not even get BIS...(LOL) ai.<br> <br> I logged the query 17/02/2015 got a reply from Tatum Love on the 17/02/2015 advising email escalated to Legal department as my account was in areas.<br> <br> 15/04/2015 get a response mind you after 61 days to process the BIS refund and advising of my outstanding amount to be paid...<br> <br> my request is now this.<br> <br> please refund the funds taken for my BIS and the because you charge interest on arrears and the interest would obviously be higher due to the extra R57 for BIS please reduce my outstanding areas with the interest charged on the BIS charges coming to my account from the day my account fell into areas to date and the BIS amount charged monthly from inception of contract to date.<br> <br> Please send me the calculation of the interest charged on arrears interest...and the calculation of how you got to whatever amount that will be credit to my MTN account as well as the amortization schedule of the contract from inception-to date.<br> <br> your corporation will be highly appreciated.<br> contact me on ***<br> <br> i take note of my account being in arrears and will be put up to date soonest.<br> <br> regards<br> <br> Tseko Rabotho
