billing/contract/bad service
i hate mtn with passion especial the balfour park branch ive been sent from pillar to post telling me with system error ....wrong billing and that wasn't my fault what's frustrating I was never being taken serious and going to them everyday to get feedback however they didn't do anything and know my name its on default all because of them Its making my life a living hell and being listed on legal requested to pay for the device I didn't use which ive sent it back within seven days and it was booked for repair so today when I went to them requesting for other documents cos I was advice to escalate this issue so now the are giving me cancellation forms to be filled cos im taking further step im so angry/mad frustrated and I don't want anything to do with mtn ever in my life and I wont refer anyone to have a contract with them or use this network.
