billing usage
<p>Last year I went to the greenstone branch to call my account becaouse im no longer working iv paid R5649 on 03/08/15 but to my suprise they have debited me again for something that I didnt sign for billing usage amount R571,so I want my money back</p>

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that you singed for a My Choice 100min package which becomes an open line when the Usage Limit is set to more than R0.00.
According to our records the Usage Limit kept on being changed via a USSD String on the phone to R1,340.00. We are unable to credit as the phone used to change this limit is in your possession.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
