Billing unnecessary,

I am unhappy with the way my bill account is being handled, I'm charged for what I do not know, I enquired on Saturday at Eastgate mall mtn assisted by a Richard guy, he told me according to the system I am owing Mtn 1222,when I check my bill I owe 708 which is the agreed monthly amount, I paid the 1222, telling him according to me it's Oct and Nov payment, I phoned Mtn on Monday spoke to a lady Ntando who didn't know her story, she kept telling me my previous account was in outstanding, which is impossible, she decided to keep quite for a good 1min,i hung up and phoned again a Mnqobi woman assisted after a while of trying to understand me, she told me a payment of Feb 2020 didn't reflect on their side, I did send it to her on Tuesday the 20th no response or acknowledgement, can Mtn sort out their billing issues contact me,
