billing unasked for services

<p>I have just renewed my contract with MTN. I went to MTN Caledon, and specifically asked exactly what I was going to be billed for, and was told only what was stated in the package. On that package, in the MTN brochure it stated that there was a FREE 30Gb one time promotion.</p> <p>I get my bill and I am being charged R69 before VAT for this 'Free' promo which in any event I dont want as I use wifi for data. I spoke to some guy on the phone and he just said 'well, thats the way it works' and I should have got a discount reversal but doenst know anything else. This is the problem with MTN, asking questions is pointless, no one knows the answers, and I am sick of being billed for stuff I didnt ask for</p>

Please be advised that the Promo Service Fee (PSF) is basically the cost of your chosen device. The total cost of the device is broken down in to the number of months making up your contractual term (24 months) and added to your statement as PSF.
