In Response to your query Ref:REQ:***
Kindly note that the said invoices have been validated customer has been charged correctly
Invoice 2016-12-01 total data used 21284.50MB -1524MB ( Monthly allocation)
=19760.50MB X R0.87(Out of bundle rate )
=R17191.63 excl.vat (amount which client supposed to be charged)
Charges are incurred out of bundle rate which is R 0.87 excl.vat Per Megabyte(MB)
Example:
2016-11-28 17:07:***8 mymtn R235.35
This is a line item from your itemised billing which is as follows:
Date : 2016-11-28
Time 17:07:00
Kilobyte data usage : *** to convert to megabytes we divide by 1024 and 1024 again
Amount excl . VAT : R235.35
Calculations:
*** /1024/1024 = 271MB x 0.87 out of bundle rate = R235.35 excl. VAT
Now by following this formula you can clearly see that the charge on your itemised billing is even less that the actual charge we should
