Billing System Errors
After being with MTN since 1998 its time to jump ship...they have started to milk customers with false billing . For past 2 months I have been charged a total of R7000 and what is also strange the debit order date has suddenly changed. Monthly average has never been more than R1000. I have logged 2 reference's *** and *** with no response. I m about to remove my SIM card and do a SIM swap to a new provider this is madness
