BILLING SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!

Please sort out your billing system. We pay every month just for our phones to be suspended months later. The absolute inconvenience it causes for us to send through proof of payments is unacceptable. Can't run our business when we can't call our clients. This is not the first time it has happened. We have 5 contracts in total with MTN but thinking of moving over to another service provider.
