Billing statement / Roaming Charges

I travelled to Nigeria and Ghana during 22-27 Feb. I got slapped with a roaming charge bill of R 4k .<br> I tried to sue whatssapp mostly and made about 3 short calls and received one call.<br> The Rosebank branch could not at the time tell me why my account was suspended.<br> I emailed the account queries and Cherildene [Email Removed] responded. What she explained does not make sense and did not explain or clarified my account.<br> My account for that period 22-28 Feb 2015 shows 159 MB used and Calls made of 85:53:55 that does not make sense and it is impossible to make that amount of calls and for such long durations. <br> Please will you consult with colleagues or escalate to line manager to answer my queries in the email dated 25 and 26 March 2015, as your statement of account does not seem correct. I have attached all the documents from my phone showing the data used and the activity on my calls etc.<br> <br> I have been patient for a month with no resolution please clarify and rectify my account and I would appreciate a proper explanation of the statement of account attached on that email.<br> <br> Devin <br> ***<br>
