Billing Request
<p>I have requested itemsed billing for over two weeks now, they have been taking me from pillar to post with endless reference numbers, at some point i was charged for itemised billing that i didnt receive. How hard is it to send billing via email? Now i will be forfeiting cellphone allowance for the month of November thanks to them! Their service is pathetic!!!!</p>

Please find the attach itemized billing reports for both lines. Note that this service was not laoded before the service is now loaded on both lines and from next month you will received this via email function.
Additional charge monthly R21.50
The system did not add extra cost for this resent.
