Billing Query- trying to Rip me off

My MTN data contract coming to end on 28/05/15, I received a bill from MTN every month it was supposed to be R259 and for the month of April/May there was a debit order went for R568.93 and still there is outstanding of R418 for the month of May 2015- How could be this possible as I am on a unlimited internet data bundle for R259 a month and how can they charge for any service which I haven't used - when I tried to query them response was they have charged extra for content charges - how can they charge me when I am not subscribed on any services. This is clearly a Rip me off, I think this is the worst cell phone company in the world I have spent hours on the phone and have not had one return message or positive call.<br> <br> This is really pathetic I was in a positive mode to upgrade my contract for next 24 months contract but as the service got I am still in a dilemma weather to proceed with that or not.<br> Please request MTN guys to get back to me and do the need full .<br> <br> Regards<br> Sri Reddy<br>
