Billing query and unprofessional agent
I received an sms saying that my account will be closed for outgoing calls because my account is in arrears.I called 808 and a guy called Ndumiso said my account is a month behind and I asked him to explain why because I pay every month and he said it was always a month behind but he couldn't explain the reason why and even at the branch where I pay my account they did not tell me that.Please explain.
Disappointed.
