Billing Query-***
This complaint relates to my billing query *** which I posted last week.<br> The person that sent me the proof has ignored my emails since Wednesday 09 March. Firstly the proof provided shows the user opted in for 100 MB & 3GB however on my invoice it shows 2x 3GB. The proof does not correspond to what I was billed for. Secondly, I'm still waiting for proof that I the account holder RECEIVED and AUTHORIZED this credit agreement. Thirdly, please show me on which signed contract did I opt for marketing material to be sent to me.<br> <br> May you kindly respond to ALL of the above and not just to seleted sections of this complaint.<br>

1. We have requested for the marketing department to send to us the proof once received we will give you feedback.
2.No approval is require for the credit limit to be placed on the account. Please note that all applications follow a credit vetting process, during this process your credit history and rating is evaluated in accordance to the National Credit Act, which provides us with a score based on your affordability. This then determines whether you qualify for the contract, upgrade or new line.
3. Kindly be advised that MTN do have the wright to promote services. If you do not want the service please press the correct button for this services not be activated on your side.
