Billing query

I logged a query at the Woodmead Branch with regards to my February billing.<br> <br> I am disputing the data calls that have been charged against my account? As of the beginning of 2015 I am being charged for call and would like to know what for?<br> <br> I was informed that they would send me an itemized billing however a month later I'm still waiting. Even after logging 6 more requests, still nothing. Is this how you treat your customers???
