Billing problem - Overbilled/ Incorrectly charged
On 29-05-2015 I submitted a query, *** on MTN website. I was promised this query will be attended to within 48 hrs. It is now almost a month and nothing has happened.<br> <br> On my latest statement there is a fee of R130.70, incl. VAT, for \1GBRECURRING". But I never received 1GB of data in May"
