Billing Problem during the strike
I have a cellphone contract with MTN and have since been paying R400PM, since the strike my bill has gone up to between 3000 - 4000 a month, i went to MTN head office and they sent me a list of websites i have never visited before, i am still waiting for feedback from their ***** department. I noticed this problem end of May and June i then removed the sim card from my cellphone on the 30 June 2015 and never used it again but to my surprise i was still billed for July and August and my 500M that i am entitled to as per my contract disappeared from my phone.<br> <br> MTN must have an idea about this ***** that went on while they were on strike and instead of sorting out this problems that is messing up our financial records they are holding us to ransom.<br> <br> MTN made my life hell and i don't how to come of it as i am not getting any help from them with this.<br>
