billing outside contract

@MTNza is about to have charhes of theft and ***** laid against them by me. I am on a topup contract which means I get x amount of airtine, data and sms' a month. When that is used I need to top up or I cant phone. Suddenly I get charged in November for roaming calls of R374. This while in Namibia. I have now querried this 4 times and requested an itemized bill for this. To no avail. <br> <br> In the mean time it has come to my attention that they charged me additional for data and sms' that are included in my package. The credit of R371 reflects on their system but is npt getting deducted of my outstandinh balance. Now they are threatening to suspemd my account unless I pay the roaming amount. This while I have been paying my monthly subscription. <br> <br> Their mistake but I havr to pay. I have had enough. Tomorrow I will lay charges. I querried this on 27/11, 7/12, 15/12 and now again 18/12. Everytime they are mailing me the statement but I am never receiving it.
