Billing out of bundle
I signed a 1G contract with MTN which went fine until around the time of the strike in June. All of a sudden I am billed in excess of R5000. I've received my itemised bill which looks in order but I was told that I was charged out of bundle. Surely my line should have been capped at 1G and my service stopped.

Today I am informed that my line is not capped. I should have been made aware of that when I signed the contract, which I wasn't.

Does this constitute false advertising...?

Do I have a case to take to court...?
