Billing of incorrect account for 3 months***

Mtn,<br> 1. April i Upgraded to Mtn Sky on *** with the subs for the upgraded packaged billed. strangely enough the total bill amounted to R10K which I paid.<br> 2. May, I was again billed R13K for an account which is Capped at R1990, at the begining of June, I phoned the call centre where I was told , yes im on Sky, but I dont have Capped Data as advertised but the Cap is 10Gb, then was line was locked for reaching a Limit of R10000 on a Sky package, no reference number was given.<br> 3. June, I visited the Bloemfontein Mimosa Store where a request was made to investigate without Success, I phoned the Call centre on Monday 24 June and Spoke Theola Hilmer who confirmed that My Package was indeed Sky but was never changed on the Mtn Network and remained to the one before the upgrade.<br> a Reference number *** was given with the hope that we have this matter resolved. on 25 June a D/O of R13K was put through my account, which I stopped for incorrected billed amount. <br> 4. July, my Line was stopped for both coming and incoming calls, now I have received an a Threat of legal action from Mtn SA for the account in dispute. The reference number remains and not a single call recevied.<br>
