Billing nightmare and ******* service

So this is now my third complaint on Hellopeter, next is a post on your Facebook page again. I received the below response from Alice van der Merwe to my last query:-

Thank you for your post.

A **********

Please find the attach itemized billing report that will explain the billing.

Kind Regards,
Alice van der Merwe
Ref: ********** 5.

The itemised billing helps me nothing as I receive this on a monthly basis anyway. MTN is saying that I only purchased my 3GB bundle on 28 September 2016, however, it is clearly stated on my October invoice that I purchased the bundle on 12 September 2016 for an amount of R279.82. How dare you MTN take my money for this bundle and then still have the audacity to charge me R683.16 for out of bundle data for the period 22 September to 29 September 2016?

I phoned MTN on 28 September because my data was cut off, I spoke to a consultant who assisted me with re-activating my data. He told me the same ******* story about being billed for the period 22 to 29 September but then couldn't explain to me why there were data charges when I had bought a 3GB bundle on 12 September and he couldn't find where 1.5GB of that data went to. I received the following sms after my call with him: "Y'ello! Thank you for purchasing an Internet bundle during our Internet promotion. You have received 1.5GB FREE".

I believe that MTN *****ed up and only activated my 3GB bundle on 28 September after my call to the call centre even though it was purchased on 12 September. I should have received the free 1.5GB at the same time that I received the 3GB bundle - i.e ON THE 12TH OF SEPTEMBER!

According to the itemised billing from MTN I used 4.7GB of data but I had 5GB available to me - once again explain to me how I'm being billed for out of bundle data.

I demand that this is now resolved. And I can most certainly promise you that if it is not sorted out this time I will be going to the Consumer Commission.
