Billing nightmare

Pity there's not a minus value in the rating system....

now I have canceled my one contract on the 23rd of november however on my bill I have charges for between 23 nov to 26 nov for "pro rata" rates now what is funny is that if the contract is cancelled why is it still on my account.

also why in the hell can't I cancel a contract on the 1st of november for the 23rd ? anyway since MTN's system is probably an retro system that doesn't meet with standards of this day and age they probably thumb suck stuff out of a terminal system that is forever slow and forever not working.
