Billing me for the package I haven't chose.

I open a contract with them in October at Sandown branch at Nedbank building. I was assisted by Tshepo Selepe. I chose 40GB Mega Deal data with router. The package was supposed to be R199 + R30 for router. End of October they charged me R459, November they charged me R329. Instead of R229. So I went back to the store same person Tshepo Selepe said maybe he made a mistake selecting package number, then he said he'll log a call to rectify it, then I'll be billed the correct amount. He also confirmed it was resolved, but now on the current statement for December it still says I'm owing R329. I have a reference number for the call he logged.
