Billing me for a contract that I didn’t sign

MTN is billing me for a contract that I didn’t sign. I called them and I was given a reference that was later closed. They can’t send me the recording of myself agreeing to take a contract with them after the 2018 one expired, which I fully paid. They kept my banking information and started billing me end of Feb. I want answers because you are doing *****.
