Billing Issues As Usual / Services Suspended As Usual / MTN Billing Fkd up, as usual

Worst network ever. Stay away.

I've been with MTN for the past 8 years. Most months there have billing issues with their systems, with payments not reflecting and my service being suspended, despite payment being made on-time and via their own MTN app. If I could put a figure to the amount of downtime this has caused me over the last 8 years, it would amount to 1 month of no service - all MTN's fault with reimbur*****t or discounts given.

Absolutely shocking service - you guys can close down and give someone else a chance. MTN & ANC = Same WhatsApp group 👹 1 more year left then I'm leaving this abusive relationship for good. Goodbye MTN.
