Billing Issues

I have a contract with Mtn for over 6 years. On my last upgrade i took a samsung phone as well as have two other contracts. All contract accumulate to around R1780 per month. Suddenly MTN decided to charge me R4500 in April. As of 10/06/2025 they have not rectified it and have suspended my account. Call center is the most useless people to deal with and no one can actually do anything. Pathetic service and only transferring blame to other "Departments".
