Billing Issues
On 05/07/2015 I took out a 5GB data bundle with MTN for R309 p/m. I received 2.54GB prorate. When I Received my first invoice at the end of the month (20/07/2015) I was charged R154.50 for the 2.54GB, and R309.00 for 5GB, which I never received! Why am I being charged the R309.00? <br> Trying to speak to someone in the call centre is pointless as they are all useless! So hopefully this is more helpful. So my question is: Why do I have to pay a full subscription fee and a prorate fee in my first month if I only received 2.54GB???<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

This means should you wish to cancel your contract with us on month 24 then that month will be free(No subs).
