Billing issues

They do as they pleased with your account, I was also billed for itemized billing that their system generates and expect customers to pay. My contract was increased with no prior notification. Mtn staff have no product knowledge at all, 3 different explanation for same account. I do not trust MTN SA, they dont reply to your disputes they avoid you.
