Billing issue MTN

Debit Order is set to go off on the 12th of each month. Mtn didn't do the debit (yes , funds are available), did receive an sms that a payment link will be emailed to me. My line is not active because of this. Numerous calls to the "service champions " STILL no positive results , just empty promises. BTW this is the second month that this has happened .
