Billing issue

I have just received my latest statement for April and according to this statement i have an amount of -2047.00 under 30 days overdue. Can this please be checked and corrected as i have paid every month. Can you also send me an updated statement which doesn't reflect this as i need it for work purposes. I have all proof of payments available. If you can tell me which one you are not picking up i can send to you immediately.
